What does DOP mean?
DOP stands for denominazione di origine protetta — protected designation of origin. Think of Champagne: it can only be called that if it comes from one specific region in France. The same principle protects many of Sicily's finest ingredients. Several of our products feature DOP-certified ingredients, which means what's in the jar is the real thing, from the right place, full stop.
My honey crystallized. Has it gone bad?
No — and this is actually good news. Crystallization is what real, unheated honey does. To bring it back, place the jar in a saucepan of water heated to around 95–104°F, remove from heat, and let it sit for up to 30 minutes, stirring gently. Nonna is not worried. Neither should you be.
How do I read the best-by dates on the labels?
A few of our products follow the European day/month/year format — that includes the Sun Dried Tomato Paté, Pistachio Pesto, Hot Pepper Cream, Orange Marmalade, and Orange Blossom Honey. The Pistachio Cream uses month/day/year. The Olive Oil uses month/year. When in doubt, write to us.

Do I need an account to shop?
No — but creating one makes life easier. You can save your shipping details and check order history anytime. Just click Account in the top right corner to get started.
How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and a unique order number. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and digital wallets through Shopify Payments.

Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Standard UPS ground delivery times apply across US zones. Hawaii and Alaska require 2nd Day Air. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
What's your warm weather shipping policy?
From May through September, we add ice packs and thermal packaging to protect your order in transit. A flat $10 fee covers the extra materials. Customers in 1–2 day ground zones ship at standard speed. All others will be prompted to choose 2nd Day Air at checkout.

Returns
What's your return policy?
We don't accept returns on food products — but if something arrived damaged or isn't right, write to us at hello@tuttosicilia.com with a photo and description. We'll make it right. That's not a policy. It's just how we do things.
