Our Sicilian Pistachio Cream contains no fillers and is only made from Bronte Sicilian Pistachios grown in the lava-rich soil of Mt. Edna’s volcanic slopes. These tree nuts are so pure and unique that the locals call them “green gold” and have been awarded the coveted Protected Designation of Origin certificate (Denominazione di origine protetta, or DOP/PDO), given to agricultural products that owe their characteristics to their place of origin.
