Not overly salted, our Pistachio Pesto sings when paired with parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, or any other briny favorites. We love it partnered with Gorgonzola and pancetta. Or try it simply with cherry tomatoes and our Tutto Sicilia Extra Virgin Olive Oil. For a heartier meal, smother it straight out of the jar on top of salmon or lamb before roasting.
