Using Tutto Sicilia Orange Marmalade to make these quick & easy treats this festive season.

Ingredients
- 15 mejdool dates
- 1 heaped tablespoon cashews
- 1 heaped tablespoon walnuts
- 1 heaped tablespoon almonds
- 2 tbsp orange marmalade/jam
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
- 1 tablespoon lemon or orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon or orange zest
Coating:
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
- 4 finely grated pistachios
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- handful of rose petals
Instructions
Add all stuffing ingredients & mix thoroughly. Set aside.
- prepare the dates. Make a cut into the middle of all the dates, and pull the seeds out.
- Stuff the dates with the stuffing.
- Place onto a flat tray, cover then put them into the freezer for 20 mins to firm.
- Melt the chocolate and then spoon over the dates.
- Immediately add a dusting of the toppings grated pistachios, coconut & rose petals.
The toppings will set as the chocolate does, so it’s important to decorate right after dipping in chocolate.
