Featuring Tutto Sicilia hot pepper cream for that perfect kick, this sandwich is the perfect blend of creamy, spicy, and irresistible.
Ingredients:
- 4 toasted multigrain bread slices
- Kale leaves or lettuce
- 4 cabbage leaves
- 1 medium tomato or few cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium sliced cucumber
- 1/2 colored bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tbsp black-eyed peas or chickpeas or tofu
- 5-6 sprigs mint
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tbsp yogurt (I used soy)
- 1 tbsp mint cilantro chutney
- 1 tsp mustard sauce
- 2 tsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp Tutto Sicilia hot pepper cream
- 2 tsp chaat masala
- salt/pepper to taste, optional
- 1 tbsp feta cheese for topping, optional
