Utilize either Tutto Sicilia hot pepper cream for a spicy kick or Tutto Sicilia pistachio pesto for that nutty taste.

Ingredients:
- Sourdough Bread, Sliced
- Olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Mint
- Basil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Tutto Sicilia hot pepper cream
- Tutto Sicilia pistachio pesto
- Red pepper flakes optional
- Chopped pistachio optional
Instructions:
- Brush olive oil on the slices and bake until golden.
- Dice and mix veggies.
- Add salt, pepper, mint, basil, and balsamic vinegar to the veggies.
- Spread a spoonful of Tutto Sicilia hot pepper cream or pistachio pesto on the bread. You can also add both for a delicious blend.
- Top with the mixed veggies
- Lastly, finish with a garnish of either chopped pistachio or red pepper flakes
