Sun Dried Tomato Paté
CAPULIATO ALLA SICILIANA · SICILY
From the garden — San Marzano tomatoes grown under the Sicilian sun, picked at peak season and dried the traditional way. Concentrated, vivid, and deeply savory. The kind of flavor that makes everything taste like it took all day.
From the garden — Sicilian San Marzano tomatoes, sun-dried at peak season, then blended with extra virgin olive oil, basil, garlic, parsley and a splash of wine vinegar. Everything the summer had to offer, preserved in a jar.
Bright at first. Then the layers arrive — sweet tomato, warm garlic, a thread of vinegar that keeps everything alive. This is what a tomato tastes like when the sun has done all the work.
Stir into pasta, spread on a panino, spoon onto pizza before it goes in the oven. Try it on grilled eggplant, fold it into a vinaigrette, or use it as the base of a sauce that tastes like it simmered all afternoon. It didn't. That's the whole secret.
Sun-dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, basil, garlic, parsley, wine vinegar.
No artificial colors, no artificial flavors, o preservatives.

One of the most delicious items i've tried. Amazing on bruschetta with the hot pepper cream and a little ricotta.
