All Tutto Sicilia products are shelf-stable. Keep unopened jars in a cool, dry place. Once opened, products packed in oil — including our Pistachio Pesto, Hot Pepper Cream, and Sun Dried Tomato Paté — can be refrigerated. Olive oil is best stored at room temperature, away from direct light and heat.
