The pistachio,
at its absolute best.
at its absolute best.
Nutty. Aromatic. A little wild. Completely Sicilian.
On the slopes of Mount Etna
Our pistachio trees grow in ancient volcanic soil — the same trees, the same land, the same harvest methods that have existed here for centuries.
The volcano gives them something no other soil can. A depth of flavour. A colour so green it doesn't look real. This is what pistachio tastes like when the mountain does the work.
That green gold?
It's just what happens when pistachios grow in volcanic soil.
Rich and nutty, with something deeper underneath that makes you stop mid-bite. The mountain did that. No other soil can.
